Shipping and Returns

Domestic Postage

We offer free standard shipping for most orders over $100, delivered anywhere in Australia. This rate includes tracking.  

Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate $11 delivery free. 

Bulky Items, irrespective of item price, will incur a flat rate "bulky item" shipping charge of $15. Bulky items are identified in the listing, as well as via the shipping options at checkout. 

Express Post delivery is available for a flat rate of $15. Choose "express post" at checkout to select this delivery method. 

Bulky Items can also be posted via the Auspost Express service for a flat rate of $20. 

We'll endeavour to have your parcel in the post within 24 hours of ordering. Sometimes this is not possible,so please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

We will do our best to send your order as quick as possible. We know you can't wait to try it on!

All online orders will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to show in Australia Post's parcel tracking. 

 International Postage

Orders being sent outside of Australia will be charged $35 shipping at checkout. This is a flat rate. If the shipping charge to your country exceeds this amount we will absorb this. Bulky Items will not be available to post internationally. If you can't live without the item please email us and we will source the best shipping quote for you! 

Returns Policy

All our listings include information relating to the fit of the garment. Please refer to this information when selecting your size. There can be quite a bit of difference in sizes depending on the brand, and even within the brand. If you have any questions regarding your size please contact us on sales@miskonduct.com

Should you need to return an item for any reason (excluding faulty items), we are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. 

The only exception to this is under our obligations to Australian Consumer Law. If the item you receive is faulty upon receipt, you must notify us immediately so we can arrange a solution - either repair, replacement or refund. 

Exchange/Credit Note Policy

To be eligible for an exchange or credit note your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached and be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us via email to advise of your intent to return your order. If you wish to exchange the item, please advise what you would like as your exchange so we can ensure it is available for you. 

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, hosiery, beauty products, or pierced jewellery.

We ask that you use a tracked service to return your item to ensure the safe return of your garments. We use Australia Post's Parcel Post Satchels. Please note, if you choose not to return your item using a tracked service we will not be able to refund you should the item fail to reach us. 

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Outside this time we cannot offer you an exchange or credit note.
