Shipping and Returns

We charge a flat rate of $10 for deliveries anywhere in Australia. This rate includes tracking and insurance.
Express Post delivery is available for a flat rate of $14. Choose "express post" at checkout to select this delivery method. Please note that next day delivery is only available if your address is within the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network (click here for details)
Any order over $200 automatically qualifies for free standard delivery.
In most cases we'll have your parcel in the post within 24 hours of ordering. Sometimes this is not possible, so please allow up to 2 days for dispatch.
We will do our best to send your order as quick as possible. We know you can't wait to try it on!
All online orders will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to show in Australia Post's parcel tracking.
Orders over $400 receive free international shipping with tracking.
Orders under $400 will be charged $35 shipping at checkout. If you would like a quote on your shipping cost before placing your order please contact us at email@example.com with what you would like to order and the destination you would like it sent to so we can source a quote for you.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
All our listings include information relating to the fit of the garment. Please refer to this information when selecting your size. There can be quite a bit of difference in sizes depending on the brand, and even within the brand. If you have any questions regarding your size please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer a no-questions-asked refund guarantee on any items that meet the conditions of our Returns Policy.
Returns Policy Conditions
To be eligible your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached and be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, hosiery, beauty products, or pierced jewellery.
We ask that you use a tracked service to return your item to ensure the safe return of your garments. We use Australia Post's Parcel Post Satchels. Please note, if you choose not to return your item using a tracked service we will not be able to refund you should the item fail to reach us.
The item must be returned within a 2 week period. Outside this time we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.
We know sometimes it can be hard to find the right fit when shopping online. That's why we will cover the cost of re-sending your new item to you, should you need to exchange something.
We use Australia Post pre-paid satchels, and will send your new item via standard post.
Due to the high cost of international shipping we are unable to offer free postage on exchanged items.
